For no one, none, no one, can hold Him!

He lay-ed that day in the cold dark tomb,

He whom the whole universe canst scarce contain,

Thus the grave must burst open soon,

Roll boulder, roll! God, thou canst not retain!

The doubts of Thomas shall not prevail

For great Truth shall great Faith begot,

Though Satan will not cease to assail,

We soon must confess, “My Lord and my God!”
